Bar Council Maldives & Procecutor General's Office completed the full-day training on the Evidence Act.
This training, covering matters such as testimony, witnesses, documentary and hearsay, is the first in a series of trainings on the Evidence Act.
ބާ ކައުންސިލް މޯލްޑިވްސް އެންޑް ޕްރޮސިކިއުޓާ ޖެނެރަލްގެ އޮފީހުން ފުރިހަމަ ދުވަހުގެ ތަމްރީނު ފުރިހަމަ ކުރީ ހެކިބަސް ދިނުމުގެ ގާނޫނާ ބެހޭ ގޮތުންނެވެ.
ހެކިބަސް ދިނުމާއި ހެކިބަސް ދިނުމާއި ޑޮކިއުމެންޓްރީ އަދި އަޑުއެހުން ފަދަ ކަންކަން ހިމެނޭ މި ތަމްރީނަކީ ހެކިބަސް ދިނުމުގެ ގާނޫނާ ބެހޭ ސިލްސިލާ ތަމްރީނުތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ފުރަތަމަ ތަމްރީނެވެ.
